Here at Mates Movers, we may have only been in business for 1 year, but during that time we have tried to build our business by delivering the highest level of customer service possible. We take every job serious, regardless of size, and we make it our goal to ensure that moving day is as stress free as possible. As much as we try to be tops in customer service, you never really know how things have gone until after the fact, when customers decide to leave a testimonial.

It would appear that we have been successful in our goal, as we have just been awarded the 2017 Service Award from Word of Mouth, a website that accepts customer testimonials on all sorts of different businesses. While it’s always nice to get any sort of recognition, this one is particularly special, since the award is only presented to the top 5% of businesses in each specific industry. Furthermore, the award is based on the reviews left by customers, which we believe makes this recognition even more special than anything else we could receive.

It’s always nice to see your hard work being recognized, and we want to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you who took the time to go to Word of Mouth and leave a positive review for us. We know that there is a lot on your plate before, during, and after a big move, and that you all still found the time to praise our work is incredibly humbling. We are also well aware that it is this positive word of mouth that has led to us receiving even more work, and for that are also grateful. This is a highly competitive industry, and it is your kind words that have helped us exceed our dreams during our first year in business.

While it would be very easy to accept this award and rest on our laurels a little, we do not plan on letting that happen. Yes, we have set a high bar for ourselves, but we believe that we owe it to every customer we serve in the future to maintain that bar, and perhaps even raise it a little higher. Quality customer service benefits everyone involved, as it allows the customer to feel good about the choices they made when picking us as a mover, and it also allows us to continue serving the people of Sydney in the high-quality manner that we believe they deserve.
